Organization performance has always exerted considerable influence on the action of mangers and shareholders. Consequently, the ways and means of accurately measuring the performance is perceived as being very important. There are two paradigms referring to PM: on one side it says that „you obtain what you measure” and on the other side, Albert Einstein state „not everything that can be counted counts and not everything that counts can be counted”.

Objective

The training and workshop program will help people to understand, desin and implement the PM activities.

It is one of the most important fundamental phase to a build a new organizational culture, with clear strategy, autonomous teams management and decisions based on facts and data.

Phase 1 – Training: the concept of PM , why is important to measure the performance, – which are the limitations of financial measurements and which are the key elements necessary for the PM design

Phase 2 – Analyze current PM system: the link with the company strategy, with value stream and production cell indicators. Propose new KPIs, deployment and escalation models.

Phase 3 – Implementation faze pilot project: KPI definition, frequency of meetings/ analysis, escalation process .

Phase 4 – Company implementation

  • Presentation, examples, discussions, exercises and case study

Duration:   

5-10 days, according pilot project complexity, 2 trainers  

Target group:  

Every member of the company should attend this workshop. The highest priority must be given to the members of the implementation team and pilot area managers.
