Lean Six Sigma is one of the most effective methodologies for solving complex problems. There are several levels of training and these are differentiated by the level of complexity of the tools applied: Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt.

Black Belt program is recommended to the professionals who are versed in the Lean Six Sigma Methodology, who leads complex improvement projects. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt will gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Lean Six Sigma Method including a high-level of competence in the subject matters contained within the phases of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC).

Examen preparation

Duration: 6 days training & IASSC exam preparation, in two sessions.  

Methodology: Presentation, examples, discussions, exercises and case study

IASSC Certification: issuing the certificate is conditioned by the graduation of the theoretical  IASSC examination. The examination can be performed in two ways: Computer Based Testing  or  Paper & Pencil Exam  in an  Accredited Training Organization.
